Sheila, in Spain mostly: Thanks Tracy. I doubt that I will do it - it's a long, long way. And a longer way back UP again. Let me share another good thing about Spain. Up to 18 months ago, I used a walking stick, and often had to be helped out of bed - all due to an old back injury. Since we have been in Spain I don't use a stick, can get out of bed with ease, and can run - well, trot - up the stairs. The only time I use the stick now is for extra support getting this far because the ground is so rough - which itself is a walk I wouldn't have considered even a year ago. So I feel pretty pleased with myself, and feel younger each day - whatever the calendar says. Thanks again to all SCers for their encouragement.
